Collection at our facilities
With the “Collect at Factory” service, make your purchase online and pick up your order at our facilities in Barcelona. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. Our collection timetable is from Monday to Friday from 9h to 13h.
Delivery within Spain Peninsular: 48/72 hours
We offer free delivery throughout mainland Spain on orders over 50€ (excluding VAT). For orders below this amount, delivery costs are 4,50€ + VAT.
Summary of deliveries to mainland Spain:
- Orders from 0 to 50€ – Shipping cost 4,50€ (Home delivery).
- Orders over 50€ – FREE Shipping
- Delivery time: 48/72 hours once your order leaves our premises.
Delivery in Balearic Islands:
- Orders from 0 to 200€ – Shipping cost: 20€ (Home delivery)
- Orders over 200€ – FREE delivery
- Delivery time: 3 to 4 days
Delivery in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:
- Orders from 0 to 50€ – Shipping cost: 40€. (Home delivery) Taxes and DUA at destination to be paid by the customer.
- Orders from 51 to 200€ – Shipping cost 80€ (Home delivery) Taxes and DUA at destination to be paid by the customer.
- More than 201€ – Freight charges are due from the factory. Contact us (Calculation of the cost on order)
- Delivery time: 5 days
Delivery in Andorra:
- Orders from 0 to 50€ – Shipping cost: 34€.
- Orders from 51 to 150€ – Shipping cost: 42€.
- From 151 to 599€ – Postage charged on invoice (15% of Taxable Base plus 22€ DUA)
- Orders over 600€ – FREE shipping
- Delivery time: 5 days
Tracking of your order
On the same day your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a link that will allow you to track your shipment.
European shipments and deliveries
Delivery in Portugal:
- Orders from 0 to 200€ – Shipping cost: 20€ (Home delivery)
- Orders over 200€ – FREE shipping
- Delivery time: 48/72 hours
Delivery within the European Union:
- Orders from 0 to 100€ – Shipping cost: 30€.
- Orders from €101 to €249 – Shipping cost: €60
- Orders over 250€ – Shipping cost: 90€.
Tracking of your order:
You will receive a confirmation when the order has been delivered to the carrier. And another email attaching the tracking number of the carrier and the invoice.
