Checkout process: Registration, shopping cart and payment

To place an order on our website you need to register or log in to the Customer Area. As an initial step, you must provide an e-mail address and create a password in the ‘Register’ section. All data marked with a red asterisk must be filled in.

If an error appears in the registration you will see a red message indicating the field to be corrected. Normally this error appears when the password is insecure, we recommend you to add numbers, capital letters or special characters and try again. Once you have registered you will receive an email confirming that the registration has been completed. On the other hand, if you do not remember your password you can recover it by clicking on the “Forgot your password?” button.

Cart: Validate your purchase

Once you have registered or logged in, you can add products to your cart and validate your purchase by clicking ‘Checkout‘. In the shopping cart you will see a summary of your order. Remember that if your cart reaches 50€ the shipping is free to the peninsula.

Checkout: Invoicing and shipping details

If this is your first purchase, after validating your cart you must fill in the billing information. In this step you can choose if you need the order to be sent to a different address, to do this, check the box “Send to a different address” and enter the data. You can also enter order notes, such as delivery instructions.

 

Delivery times and shipping costs

Orders processed through the website have a delivery time of 48/72h to the peninsula. The shipping cost to the peninsula is 4,50€ + VAT, remember that if the order reaches 50€ the shipping is free. If the delivery is to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or another country you can see the delivery times and prices here.

You can also pick up your order at our factory. To do this you must select the option “Pick up at the factory” when you are finalising your purchase. Once you have placed your order we will let you know when it is ready for you to come and pick it up at the following address: Av. La Marina 54 D – P.l. Can Calderón 08830 -Sant Boi de Llobregat

The timetable for pick-ups is: 09:00 a 13:00h

Secure payment methods

Our website has 6 payment methods available. All payments are 100% secure and encrypted. You can pay by: Paypal, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Cash on delivery (additional cost), Bizum, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

 

Payment error: Order cancelled

Our website does not accept prepaid cards. On the other hand, if you get a payment error, it may be because the confirmation has not arrived in your bank’s app. We recommend that you close and reopen your bank’s app to see if the verification has arrived and to confirm the payment. Once authorised, return to our website. If, after authorisation, an error or cancelled order still appears, we recommend that you try to place the order using another of the available payment methods (Paypal, Bizum, bank transfer…) Under no circumstances will you be charged twice for the order.

Invoice and tracking:

As soon as the order leaves our facilities, you will receive an email with the subject: “Order completed: Tracking and Invoice”. In this email, you will find the PDF invoice attached and the tracking number to locate your order on the transport company’s website. You will also be able to download previous invoices from your profile.

Returns and exchanges:

You have 30 days to return or exchange your order. To make a return or exchange you must send us an email to pakot@pakot.com indicating the order number and the reason for the return or exchange. You can also request a return via the contact form.

In any case, the products to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Therefore, in order to avoid transport problems, please make sure that the package is properly protected and sealed. Once received, we will check its condition. As soon as we check that the item/s, as well as the possible components and accessories, are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to the payment of the same.

En todo caso, los productos a devolver deberán estar en perfectas condiciones, sin usar y en su embalaje original. Se ruega, por tanto, que para evitar problemas en el transporte, se asegure de que el paquete va debidamente protegido y precintado. Una vez recibido/s, revisaremos su estado. En el momento en que comprobemos que tanto el/los artículo/s, como los posibles componentes, accesorios, estén completos y en perfectas condiciones, procederemos al abono del mismo.

Size, measurements and weight of the reels

At Pakot, depending on the type of material, you will find reels of 25, 50, 100 and 200 metres in length. We also offer bags of sheets cut to 70cm x 1m. All these possibilities can be found in the ‘Sales unit’ drop-down menu within each product.

Roll width – Cutting options

Our rolls are 70cm wide. For paper rolls we offer the option of cutting to the width you need. Below are the standard cuts available that you will find on the website. To choose one of these cuts you will have to open the ‘Handling’ drop-down menu within the product and choose the one you need.

If the width you require is not in the handling dropdown you will need to indicate this in the ‘Order notes’. You will find this section when you are entering the data to finalise the order. The handling you indicate in the notes must have a maximum of 2 cuts per reel.
