At PAKOT, we strive to ensure total customer satisfaction with every purchase you make. However, we understand that occasionally situations may arise that require exchanges or returns. Therefore, we have developed the following policy to provide you with peace of mind and confidence in your transactions with us:
Exchanges:
1.1. Products Accepted for Exchanges: We accept exchanges on products that are in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging within 30 days of the date of purchase.
1.2. Exchange process: To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team through the contact page or by sending an email to pakot@pakot.com. Once the change request has been approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
1.3. Shipping Costs: The shipping costs to return the original product and receive the new product will be borne by the customer, unless the exchange is due to our error or a defective product.
Returns:
2.1. Products accepted for returns: We accept returns of products that are in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase.
2.2. Return process: To request a return, please contact our customer service team via the contact page or by sending an email to pakot@pakot.com. To speed up the process, we recommend sending a photo with the product defect and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Once the return request has been approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
2.3. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 2 working days of receipt and verification of the returned products. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Exceptions:
3.1. Products not accepted for exchange or return: Some products, such as personalised items or tampered products, may NOT be eligible for exchanges or returns, unless they are faulty or damaged.
3.2. Defective or damaged products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately so that we can replace your order and pick up the defective product.
