• What steps do I have to follow to place an order?
    You can access the “Buying guide” section which explains in detail how to make a purchase step by step.
  • Is there a minimum order?
    No. You can buy 1 item or several items in the same purchase. Remember that if your order reaches 50€ the delivery is free (peninsula).
  • Do you personalise the gift wrapping paper?
    Yes, ask for a quote attaching your logo or design, desired quantity and material where it will be printed to pakot@pakot.com and a sales representative will contact you.
  • I am a shop, do I have special prices?
    Yes, we offer a 10% discount for orders over 300€. The coupon is: DESCUENTO10 and you can apply it in your shopping cart or before finalizing the order. For orders under 300€ the prices are as indicated on the website. If you consider that you are going to have a high volume of purchase and you want to request special prices you can do it through the contact form or sending us an email to pakot@pakot.com
  • Do you place orders over the phone?
    No, all orders must be processed through the website. If you have any doubts in the process, you can write us via chat, send an email to pakot@pakot.com or call us on (+34) 93 652 45 45.
  • Do you have a shop?
    No, we are a factory. You can make an appointment to see our physical catalogue but the purchase must be processed through our website.
  • What is the equivalence surcharge?
    The equivalence surcharge is a special VAT regime, which is compulsory for retailers who do not carry out any kind of transformation on the products they sell, i.e. for self-employed traders who sell to the end customer.
  • My company no longer has the equivalence surcharge. How do I remove it?
    You must communicate it through the contact form or by sending us an email to pakot@pakot.com and we will remove it from your profile. We recommend that you wait until we remove the equivalence surcharge from your profile before placing a new order.
  • I haven’t received my order, how do I locate it?
    You can locate your order with the tracking number that we have sent you by email with the invoice. If you have any problems, please contact us.
  • I want to change my invoice details, how can I change them?
    Send us the correct details to pakot@pakot.com and we will send you the modified invoice. We recommend that you change these details in your profile for future purchases.
  • I have completed a purchase and no longer want it, how do I cancel it?
    Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can cancel the order and we will refund the amount to the payment method you have chosen.
  • Can I cancel an order?
    You can cancel your order free of charge, as long as it has not left our warehouse.
  • I have received a product in poor condition (wet, damaged, broken, stained…) How do I request an exchange? Does it cost anything?
    If you receive a product in bad condition send us a photo to pakot@pakot.com indicating the order number and we will replace the defective product with a new one. There is no additional cost, the transport agency will collect the product and deliver the new one to you. 
  • How do I find a specific product?
    You can use the search engine, located at the top of the website. You can search by references or also by keywords.
  • I have forgotten my password, what should I do?
    You can recover your password without any problem. To do so, click on “Customer Area” and then on “Forgot your password?” and we will automatically send you an email to reset your password.
